PARTY PLANNING PACKAGE SERVICES are very afforable!

Includes:

◦Initial Consultation

◦Vendor referrals (to accommodate your budget)

◦Setting up and attending vendor meetings

◦Following up with vendors throughout the planning of your event

◦Final Meetings: the week of your event to go over final details and concerns you may have including:

-       All Vendor Information

-       Itinerary

-       Decorations / Layout of venue

-       Party Favors

-       Invitations for your Guests

-       Seating Charts

-       Guest List/Place cards

-       Collection of all items  - Special Occasions staff will transport to venue

-       All extra items discussed in our initial consultation. You want it, we’ll get it!

◦"Special Events" by Sandy will be available via phone and/or email throughout the entire planning process.

◦Sandy's assigned staff member(s) will arrive to set-up approximately 2-3 hours prior to the start of your event (contingent upon the access of venue) Sandy's staff will remain on-site throughout your entire event and will leave approximately 30mins after the entertainment has finished.

◦"Special Events" by Sandy's responsibilities at the event will include:

-       Keeping the party running smoothly from start to finish according to your itinerary.

-       Coordinating with vendors

-       Handling any problems/issues that may arise

◦Prior to our departure, staff will gather all gifts, belongings and miscellaneous items and place them in one convenient location.
